Processing Time:

All ICYUNV™ orders are carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand. We always ensure your order is fulfilled with care, and you may even receive special, unique gifts included with your package.

Shipping:

    • Domestic Shipping (U.S. only) is available via USPS or UPS.

    • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $6.99

    • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $14.99

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays & High Demand:

During limited drops or peak periods, orders may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and guarantee that every order will be delivered, complete with extra care and occasional surprises from ICYUNV™.

Restrictions:

    • ICYUNV™ currently ships only within the United States.

    • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • ICYUNV™ is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
